Good News!
Today Michael achieved a small victory. We received results that the adenovirus is down to 8 million. 8!!! The previous two testings were 95.2 million and 95 million. This is a 92% drop!
We are speechless. The outpouring of love, support, and faith shown by all of you is astounding. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, thank you, thank you!
Please keep praying! Michael’s overall condition remains critical. We need the adenovirus to continue to decline to zero. And now more importantly, we need Michael’s left lung to heal.
“Dear Lord, thank you for laying your healing hands on Michael. Eradicate the adenovirus from his body. Heal his left lung. Keep him safe from secondary infections. Amen.”

In this season of love and miracles, our prayers are being answered. We all know what an amazing young man Mike is. We will continue to keep him, his family and the doctors and nurses who care for him in our prayers.
Keep fighting Michael!!! I am praying for you to pull through and to continue on your amazing journey!! My 18 year old brother unfortunately lost his fight in February of this year to the same exact thing you are fighting now. Reading this is like reliving the month we spent praying by his bedside to fight. Michael you can not let this take another beautiful child from the people who love and need him!!
