9/19/17: Last Chemo Day!!
I can't believe today is really here. It's been surreal.
Today Peter received his last dose of chemotherapy!
The journey isn't over yet--we have tests, and then those results will let us know if we are done, need surgery, or need different chemo. Please keep us in your prayers. Peter's white blood counts are very low right now. Please pray for no infections, full healing from chemo symptoms, no lasting effects from chemo or cancer in any area, and of course that the cancer is 100% gone and Peter is 100% healthy!!
We are praising God that we have made it through these 29 chemo therapy treatments over the past 12 weeks. It's been a wild ride. Our God is so good. I'm brought to tears writing this. He has saved my husband's life.
We have stood on His promises, and He has been, and will continue to be, so very faithful to us, no matter what. Somebody--praise the Lord!!!! 馃槉馃帀
