Brief Update/Prayer Needs

Same prayer requests today as last week!

- Laura has a CT scan today - hoping for encouraging results.
Still praying that the fungal pneumonia is greatly reduced in size or is gone!

- Wisdom for doctors. Decisions will be made (I know, we keep saying this. But I think the doctors are in ernest this time!) in the next 2 days regarding lung surgery and timing of the transplant. All doctor teams are meeting and we will have a family meeting with them on Wednesday.

- Body strength and health to continue to improve.

Praising God for:

- White cells and Neutraphil counts continued to improve today.

- Exercise/Air. In (possible) preparation for the lung surgery, Laura needs to exercise, which means she was allowed to leave her room for the first time in six weeks! Fresh air! Moving of the legs! Wonderful!

As always, PRAYING much! Our family loves all of you, and is praying on all of these matters! May the doctors be AMAZED! The path is BEFORE you, not behind! And we certainly KNOW that the Lord has gone before you. Waiting to hear ALL the good results, and a time for these surgeries (if need be!), so that this illness can be out in the rear view mirror! Praying health and healing. Wisdom and direction for all the medical doctors and personnel. and PEACE that passes all understanding! love from here, Pam and family

It must have been wonderful to get out of your room for a while. Small blessings are often the most special! We continue to pray with you for the concerns, and praise with you for the victories.

Dear Laura, I have been consistently praying for you for weeks now. May God's peace surround you and his strength fill you. You are so special to me. There really are no words, I think of you constantly throughout the day. You have always been faithful in prayer and looked to God for direction. Just keep doing what you have always done. My God is loving and able to do more than we ask. I entrust you to Abba father, the great healer, he who can do the impossible. Love, Linette
