PET scan results, Saturday BBQ, and surgery

For those who haven't heard, Eric had his PET scan June 5th and we got the news we were hoping for... there was no evidence of any cancer spread beyond the primary area of the esophagus.  So, Eric is still a candidate for the surgery and will go ahead with the operation this Tuesday the 18th at University of Colorado Hospital in Aurora (Denver).  The doctors say he will probably be in the hospital about two weeks.

This Saturday the 15th, we will have a cookout get together at my house for Eric, 4pm-ish - ?  It's open invite, so come one, come all and say hi to Eric!  We will have burgers, brauts, and beer.  If you want to put anything special on the grill, or have a special side dish, bring what you like.  Address is 48 Spur Ridge Ln in Snowmass Village (map).  You can reach me at 970/710-9095.
