10/23 Update

We got home from the hospital around 5:30 this evening.  Yea!!!

They found no cause for the rise in blood pressure even with the CT scan so they sent us on our way with a new medication that should lower her blood pressure/heart rate (which is really what drives the sweat).  We are trying it out tonight and I'm hoping that Shannon gets a good nights rest (she needs it).

...  Well, I just turned her and she is soaked.  We'll give the medication more time before passing judgement (Dr said one week).  Her medication is an alpha-adrenergic blocker.  There are 4 in that family of drugs and the doctor said that we may need to try all 4 to see which one works. 

At least we confirmed that the rest of her body is doing what it is supposed to and that we don't have any specific problems arising from home health care (aka Eric has not done anything wrong - hahaha).
