Walker had surgery today to remove his gallbladder. He is back to his room and resting now. So what’s a few more minor war wounds for this veteran warrior. Needless to say he will have a roadmap of scars to tell a riveting story at his future beach parties. And party again he will!! 

We have a good rhythm going right now where his awesome Mom is leading the charge getting him up and moving. With GB gone, we are praying that walking will get his stomach working again so he can start to eat and drink successfully. Please pray for his stomach to wake up and start to work.

We believe his PTSD imagery therapist from Saturday was successful in lessening his fear of walking as Candy noticed that he was not sweating so badly and his body language is better while walking. A Victory!, we’ll take it.

And Walker met with his new personal therapist, Nate, yesterday that will be with him over next couple of years. It went really, really well. The good Lord sent him to Walker through his Auntie Gail (MVP) from Discovery Church after she caught a glimpse of an email he sent and saw he was now in his own practice and listed teenagers as a specialty. We really like him a lot and apparently so does Walker, so yea! Another victory. 

So just another day inching forward towards the victory of living to get home to his life, our living miracle of a Son continues the good fight. His parents right by his side fighting, praying with everything we have, together with a praying family and all the prayers of our extended Christian community, towards a great victory. And we are winning!!! PTL by the grace of God we march on.
