Great News!!

After 112 days of ICU care, Walker was moved yesterday up to the 7th floor which is a PCU (progressive care unit), a step down unit. 👍👍😃😃🙏🙏🎉🎉🎊🎊👏👏👏😇😇😍😍💪💪

And, miraculously of course, his stomach started feeling better last night and he is tolerating food and drink. And yesterday morning, during rounds, I was speaking with his main Doc about his stomach issues and he said no one on his team had any good ideas about how to fix it or why it’s happening. Chock another one up for God!! We have about 44 marks, it seems, on the miracle board right about now :-) PTL. 🙏🙏🙏

And! they just now reduced his trachea to a #4 which allows him to speak without adding any device to his current respiratory set up. 👍 and they will cap it closed in less than 2 weeks.

And, AND!, they have decided to fast track him from here directly into the rehab unit as soon as a single bed in a private room opens up!! So he will be moving within days depending. 🙏🙏 

AND!!!!, nah just kidding :-), isn’t that enough and’s for one post.

To have watched Walker since March 17th go through this journey (left pic) to where we are today (RT pic) is extraordinary evidence of His presence, and thankfully we are changed forever. And I believe I speak for my family when I say that as awful as this has been, we would not change a thing about this live and direct experience of Gods grace and His breathe taking power.

And, ya just one more :-), the living, breathing experience of the power of all of your prayers that God has heard and acted upon so expediently is nothing short of miracles in motion. My heart and soul quiver in this knowledge and personal witness. “The Lord is my strength “ (Ex 15:2)
