Laura’s 5pm Friday update

Relatively speaking, it’s been a good day - starting with snuggle time in Liza’s bed as the sun rose over the inlet. Then my friend (the one who converses with spirits) worked with me and Liza’s friends to balance her energy. From there Liza went to the waterfront beauty parlor and then into her chair on wheels. 
Our neighbors have been lovely. They’ve offered boat rides, opportunities to try out a hydro-foil board, unexpectedly provided lunch, and have swam gracefully past (the latter were dolphins). The best moment of the day: this afternoon I asked Liza if she wanted to sit with her friends as they played a board game and she very clearly lifted her eyebrows. Tonight’s plan is more TV after dinner. We didn’t finish The Hunger Games so it’s a toss up between that, Soul Surfer or another Liza-favorite: Aquamarine.
Lots to be thankful for this evening: beauty, love, generosity, courage, and an inspiring day on Liza’s wild adventure through life!
