The story

On Tuesday, August 19th, Bob was involved in a boating accident and experienced a near drowning incident.  He's currently in the ICU at Tacoma General Hospital.  He remains on a respirator and is heavily sedated.  He is receiving good care from the nurses and doctors, and we remain hopeful for a journey to full recovery.

The family is currently not accepting visitors.  Also, please don't send flowers or gifts at this time, although your kindness is appreciated, they aren't appropriate in the controlled environment of the ICU.  Good thoughts, prayers and well-wishes are gladly accepted at this time, and have already helped to uplift our spirits.
