Just wrapped of breakfast with dad this morning, he's eating and drinking plenty of fluids on his own (mostly).

He's talking and holding conversation, and very happy the hospital has ESPN

Hopefully we'll be transferred out of ICU to another unit today.

Results as the day goes on.

Dear friends and family,

Thank you for all of your thoughts, prayers and positive energy for my brother Bob. It is with great joy that he is recovering amazingly well. I am confident that your well wishes and conscious connection with him enabled his recovery. There were times that he had to fight hard to recover but as we all know, he is resolute in spirit. I was able to talk to him on the phone and quite alert and conversant. You can imagine the joy and relief we all have in his recovery. Please take a moment to reflect on the fragility of life. Live in the moment and be fully aware. And take another moment or two, hug you your family and tell them how much you love them. You just never know....
