February 14th-17th

Thursday saw Brenda's therapy activity getting off to a slow start, but by Sunday she was completing her task with effort and enthusiasim. John is her coach and Jack is the cheerleader, sometimes the coach. The Respiratory Therapist capped her and she was able to talk. Her day consisted of physical rehab; that is sitting up by herself, working her hands, arms, legs, and standing in the up right position, with the goal of taking the first step. We are encourage by her effort and are looking forward to that day. Once this is completed she will go to the Miami Valley Rehab facilities where she will work on rehab all day.
