The Saga Continues......

Hello fellow followers, friends, family, and all those who have blessed me and or my family in any way no matter how small or large....I love you all and wish you all nothing more than absolute serenity, healing, and sublime joy of life in whatever form that develops for you in healthy ways.

An Update:  Just had my appointment with my Orthopoedic Dr. yesterday.  Of course, if it's rare or unusual chalk it up to a new learning opportunity.

Apparently my rib fractures have NOT healed at ALL.  My scapula fracture has not healed AT ALL.  So, I am set to go under the knife to have metal plates and screws placed on each rib and plates and screws on my scapula.  This is going to be a high risk surgery and that is very clear to me.  So many thoughts....so many emotions.

There is a lot I could say about how I feel about all this, but my brain would most likely get tired of trying to think of all the ways I wanted to put my words so it made sense to all of you.

Anyhow....making each moment count....as I have always tried to do....searching for serenity and peace within myself and feeling validated about knowing my own body after all.  I have my papa to thank for THAT intuition.  

My husband and mom and children will need all your support through prayers, calls, visits, cards, whatever it is you can do to help them make it through each day.  Please do not forget that they are survivors in all this too.

My heart envelops yours in peace and humility for all your continued support and prayers.
