New symptoms?

We have a doctors appointment this afternoon.

Emma had a tough time waking up this morning, and once up, we noticed her whole-body tremoring in a way that we have never seen before. Being honest, it bothered me more than it bothered her. She remained happy and smiley as I got out the camera to document a little of it for the doctor, before I scooped her up for lots of cuddles.

Anyone seen these symptoms before in their own children? 

My poor baby girl :(
