Chemo Day 5 - 7/5/17
Please keep praying for light and sound sensitivity to leave. It's starting to be a little bit better--he was able to listen to two or three worship songs yesterday for the first time in ages, about 15 minutes of it. His amazing parents got him a ukulele and he's played a few times a day which is improvement too. But overall he's in a silent, dark room and we need this aspect to be gone so we can get closer to normal life again once we get home. Dark and silent is hard on me.
The first 5-dat stretch of chemo is almost done, and last night the longer lasting pain med they gave us helped us have a much better night! There is a chance we will be discharged from the hospital soon if pain stays under control and we can control the nausea without IV meds.
The big thing we need right now from our intercessors is for the light and sound sensitivity to end. Go in Jesus' name!

Peter, this is Lance Greer. You have taught Landon for the past couple years in Worship Arts and have had a Great Impact on him. Thank you Tori for the daily updates. We continue to pray without ceasing! I would also like Peter to know we are encouraged as to how he is handling this trial. You can tell so much about a mans Walk with God when facing troubles. The Father of Light never changes, there is no shifting shadows with HIM. LORD may Peter be filled with light and may light feel like a bright white soft embrace. May the sounds Peter hears be as gentle and silky smooth as a summer's evening breeze. May Peter's only sensitivity be to the hope of Your heart, Jesus, Amen.

Amen - praying, praying, praying. Thanks for the updates. May you all have a sense of being cradled in the palm of those nail-scarred hands. It is so wonderful to see him sitting there playing ukulele! What a good idea. Praying for sleep for all of you, as well. It sure can be a premium. . . The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.

God we call Healing now in the name of Jesus! We know that you've called us to praise him in song and dance and to let everything that has breath praise the Lord, and we know Peter lives a life of worship and so we continue to believe for the healing of light and noise sensitivity. If you understood Peters pass you would understand his praise. Angels we ask you to sing over Peter right now in the name of Jesus and give him melody for his ears until he is able to play music and worship his self to carry on that melody. Got through this time he is going to write songs that he heard in the spirit while being in the hospital. Bless those songs to charge the atmosphere and bless millions and millions of people. He might even play the ukulele in one of those songs. We understand there is nothing too hard for you.
