Greetings and Update

Blessings to all. Your words of encouragement and prayers are such a blessing to me! I appreciate each of you. I am home resting and recovering this week and next, and it has been such a blessing. Here is an update: We had great news at our doctor appointment this week when we were told that I have made a "robust recovery!" after chemo in regards to my blood levels. Thank you for your continued prayers, love and support. You are loved and appreciated![...]

Thank you for your prayers and thoughts!

Happy Valentine's Day to all! I am reminded of His steadfast love for each of us, and am thankful for all of your prayers, love, scripture-sharing and encouraging words! It is such a blessing to be recovering at home for 2 or 3 weeks. Ed drove us to the coast yesterday, and that as always, was a blessing. I am always reminded of His constant love for us as I gaze on the the never-ending waves. My body is growing steadily stronger and I am encouraged by His healing touch and constant presence. Thank you, everyone![...]

We are very blessed that all my blood numbers have increased to very good levels- and I am able to go home today for continued recovery, for 2 or 3 weeks. That is very good news. My body continues to get stronger and healthier in every way. Thank you for your continued words of encouragement and prayer. I have had continued peace from the Lord for all 26 days here at OHSU. He is faithful! Blessings to you. - Laura[...]
