9/10 Update

Shannon continues to soldier on.  The hole from her Trach is down to the size of a BB now.  It's amazing how fast the body heals.  It should be completely healed in 5-7 days since removal.  She should have gotten her PEG tube (stomach feeding tube) out today but I have not had a chance to confirm that it occurred.  We are down to just 2 more weeks until coming home.  Yea!!!
