No new info from tests yet but the chest tube comes out today đŸ‘đŸŒ

They think the remaining pocket of fluid in there may take care of itself, or they may have to go in and remove it. But it's not coming out via the tube so no reason to keep it in for now.[...]

Today became a better day for spirits, and better than last night. No new information, but we were able to stand up for a sponge bath and move to a chair (reluctantly and some pain, but good once we got there).  [...]

Spiked a 104 fever last night. Had to do more bloodwork đŸ‘ŽđŸŒ      Poor little guy is so sore.

Heart rate kept dropping throughout the night. Had an EKG on heart around 4am, looked fine.  Blood pressure was kind of trending down in the night also.[...]

May 27, 2016. Update 2

HEMOC doctor came by.  They are moving away from infection and toward that they are tumors.

Can't identify which kind yet. More testing of the tissue so we wait. Could take days we don't know. Until they know what kind, don't know surgery or treatment.[...]

Thought we had a tad of progress yesterday, drainage had stopped so they clamped the chest tube with hopes of removing it today.

Digressed last night. Spiked a fever and oxygen went down so he's on some oxygen now.[...]

Procedure done. They pulled 100cc of fluid out and he'll have chest tube to continue draining. Said he's comfortable and they gave him numbing medicine going in and out where the tube is.  We can see him when he wakes up in 20-30.[...]

Cole hasn't been well past few weeks complaining about his side hurting and such. Couldn't figure out what was going on. Saw doctor twice, bloodwork several times, ultrasound and X-ray as they though it was liver infection.[...]
