Continued good news as things keep moving in the right direction for Walker!!👍
candy writes today - I came in this am and he was awake told me about dream he had....that he ran the Boston Marathon. He did not like my smoothie but he does like mango pina colada with protein downstairs. He drank that and eat rice today and said his stomach feels fine. He walked once and sats did not drop past 94% and is on the traech cap right now. Nate is with him now and then we are going on walk # two.
So we are super psyched how well things are going right now. We are in a good rhythm for Walker with Candy coming in about 830 am to get things going then I’m on from 5-6 till about 10-1030. We are seeing lots of smiles from Walker as he is feeling much better. Lungs are cooperating better right now getting a little further in his walk each day working towards capping off his traech permanently which will be huge!
We are very very grateful for this miracle of healing that will bring our son home. All the Glory is Gods. Incredibly God became Walkers cheerleader, cheering him on to stay alive and to fight. And here he is today talking about all the things he wants to do like travel with me to South Korea of all places. He did say today that he will try just about anything but he won’t bungee jump, lol. Lots of smiles.

There IS A PLAN FOR WALKER - God did not see him through all this - beyond comprehension really - unless HE has SPECIAL JOB for him - and I think it is something we would never have dreamed of - nor would it have ever crossed Walkers mind - but I believe he is up to any task God has for him - An inspiration of courage - fight- trust - faith if ever there was such a will to live - our guy has it! PTL PTL!
