This is my comfort in my affliction, for your words have given me life. Psalm 119:50

Without a doubt, Candy & I will tell you that it has been (and still is) reading God’s word daily with purpose that kept us moving through this life during very tough times. And we loved to pray with all that would take the time to pray with us about Walker, about strength, and well almost anything. These prayers were what gave us life and gave us breathe when it was in short supply. 

For Walker, the thousands of.prayers spoken from the heart in his name to God are what gave him life. Sure there are those that would argue this was just science and amazing medicine that gave him life. Which is largely true, but God spoke the world into existence and therefore all that is in the world. So, that even the words spoke between the doctors and the nurses, directing the science and medicine are used by God in orchestrating the saving of a life.

Walker is moving past inches in growth to feet now as over the last couple of days he has been walking more often and farther stretching those long legs walking from car to house (up steps), house to car, house to street. Seeing him walk sure is a sweet thing!! Moving in general works wonders for his health. 

He cooked his favorite today Bacon 👍 and had visitors, Uncle Mac, Marianne, and Austin and his sweet buddy Katie (his flier for several years) brought him homemade chicken pot pie. :-) 

Laura got back Thursday night late and is well with her own crazy Hospital adventures to tell. If you’ve had a kidney stone you know how very awful that can be. She was a real trooper through the whole thing.

Asking for prayers for Walkers pesky stomach which is giving him fits and that his kidneys will begin to work again. Also, please pray for Dad (Dave) for strength and courage as he works at finding a new position to make a living for his family. He is currently open to opportunities.
