11/9: HOME!

All three of us are home and reunited! I wish I could adequately express how much of a relief it is that I actually feel like Peter’s recovery and my own health are at the point where I can care for both him and Esther (and myself) all at home together. Praise God!!

They brought a different doctor who essentially specializes in pain management to come help us yesterday and that made a huge difference. Peter has been so much more comfortable. We still need to pray for complete healing of the abdominal fluid and the muscle spasms (thinking it’s that, not nerve pain, in his back/hips/legs) to be fully restored. And for his lymphatic system to adjust to less nodes and work in fullness of health. While the pain isn’t gone, it is under control, and he is able to rest and be home with a toddler running around, which is huge!

He is completely exhausted though and needs a ton of rest and some assistance, and Esther has had a little bit of drama adjusting back to Momma being in charge, so I’m tired too, but overall even though it’s a lot, it’s actually manageable which feels so good.

We’ve still got a ways to go to be back to normal, and Peter is itching to be well enough to work again. Prayers for wisdom for us to go at the right pace, for peace and unity to continue to reign in our home, and giving lots of thanks for my husband being cancer-free!

Praise you Lord for completing the work you started in healing Peter's body. We command the pain to go now in the mighty name and blood of Jesus Christ. This mountain WILL move for "nothing will be impossible for you." Matt 17:20. We command Heaven to earth in Peter's body and the deep shalom rest that breaks the chaos in Peter's body, soul, and spirit. We release shalom peace over Esther as she/they adjust back to home. Thank you Lord that we can "wait and confidently expect the Lord; Be strong and let your heart take courage; Yes, wait and confidently expect the Lord." Psalms 27: 14.

Oh praise the Lord! This is so good to hear! Will be praying for that fluid to absorb and for him to be able to find relief for his back and muscle spasms. So happy for you 3 to be together again. Psa. 62:5-8
