Calling all PRAYER WARRIORS! Just got a call form the surgeon that if by our next appointment, which is next month, her leg hasn't shown improvement....we will have to consider SURGERY. He said......PRAY. If the surgeon says pray.........we gotta PRAY. LORD JESUS.....may YOUR WILL BE DONE. NATALIA SOFIA IS YOURS. Thank you all so much for coming alongside our family through this journey. 2 Chronicles 20:12, 15 O our God, will you not execute judgment on them? For we are powerless against this great horde that is coming against us. We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you.” And he said, “Listen, all Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem and King Jehoshaphat: Thus says the Lord to you, ‘Do not be afraid and do not be dismayed at this great horde, for the battle is not yours but God's.

Natalia was finally able to go to a meeting last night....she hadn't been in a while:( She truly LOVES going and we LOVED hearing her laugh out loud........enjoying being part of this AMAZING group of girls! Thank you all soooo much for lifting up our Natalia Sofia!! Natalia recuperated quickly from the overnight reaction and rested the following day! She was able to go to school on Friday! It is with bittersweet sentiments that I share the results of Natalia's studies........NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE.........NED!!! Thank you, Lord JESUS for Giving us this Blessing!! Every thing was CLEAN!! Praise JESUS..... There was evidence of brittle bones/Osteopenia due to her condition, which in turn caused her fracture. Lord, I pray your healing hands over Natalia's leg.....Heal her Lord, YOU ARE A MIGHTY GOD, there is nothing you cannot do. Thank you, JESUS for your provision..... While we rejoice over our Blessings, there are two families that have received sad news the last couple of weeks. Two families were told that after surgeries/chemo/radiation, their treatment is NOT working, and the disease is advancing. My heart breaks for these families. :((PLEASE lift up Warrior princesses Aaliyah and Jalene and their families in intercessory prayer. JESUS, be their comfort, refuge, peace, strength, and refuge. In the midst of this heartbreaking trial, let them see your mighty hand. Your will be done, JESUS. I cradled my baby tonight a little tighter, thanking JESUS for having her with us tonight...at home...in her bed, and remembering that just last year she was fighting for her life....keeping things in perspective. Hug your loved ones a little TIGHTER, tell them you love them...OFTEN....don't waste time on frivolous things....focus on what's ETERNAL....this life is TEMPORARY, it is most definitely NOT our home...do NOT take ANYTHING for granted...Life is nothing but a vapor....savor the moment because we are NOT promised tomorrow.......JESUS is calling each and everyone of us.......We will meet him one day face to face.......it is INEVITABLE. James 4:14-15 Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. Instead, you ought to say, “If it is the Lord’s will, we will live and do this or that.” Colossians 3:2, 12-15 Set your minds on things above, NOT on earthly things. Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Natalia had a reaction to the contrast agent used during her study....this has NEVER happened before. Her scan was longer today with a higher dose. Her pediatrician wanted to send her to the E. R., but after talking it through, we decided to try and flush at home. As long as she is drinking and voiding LOTS. Please PRAY for these agents to flush out quickly! She is very sick... #trustingJESUS

GUESS WHAT???? GREAT NEWS!!! Her Tib/Fib (tibia/fibula) fracture is healing and the doctor graduated her to full-weight bearing status!! Yayyyyyyy!!!!!! She will resume her physical therapy as soon as possible!! Just a minor set back in the grand scheme of things! God is good...ALL THE TIME!!! HE IS IN CONTROL OF OUR LIVES....OF EVERY LITTLE DETAIL! MAY HIS WILL BE DONE OVER NATALIA'S LEG........ During the Christmas break, we received a call to pick up an ultrasound bone healing system and were told Dr. Cheong ordered it for Natalia's surgical leg. Since her native bone has not done a lot since her surgery, due to radiation & chemo....we knew it would be a slow process... Treating the affected area with ultrasound can induce faster healing and growth. We are praying for God's will to be done over her leg....for her native bone to start growing over the new bone and fusing together as one! With JESUS, there are NO impossibilities! Lord, put your mighty hand over Natalia's leg and cause new bone to start growing, causing the fusion of both bones.....That gap needs to go!! In JESUS name! We are so grateful for our faithful God, JESUS! JESUS...the only true God....the God of miracles!! There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING impossible for him! Job 5:9 He performs wonders that cannot be fathomed, miracles that cannot be counted. Isaiah 53:5But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. Psalm 30:2 Lord my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me. Thank you ALL for your continued prayers and support! Your prayers and encouragement mean the world to us, especially for Natalia....she loves to read them! It is soo encouraging for her!

Matthew 8:13 Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go! Let it be done just as you believed it would.” And his servant was healed at that moment.

Our first Christmas break post treatment was spent with loved ones........a much needed family time. Time spent absorbing every second surrounded by family and friends! It meant everything to take it all in and enjoy every moment! NOTHING taken for granted......We are so Blessed and soo grateful for our faithful God, JESUS! He is a good God! Sooo Good!! Can't stop singing his praises!! In the midst of our trials and tribulation....HE WILL NEVER LEAVE US NOR FORSAKE US. THAT is HIS promise to us!! Right before Christmas Natalia fractured her lower leg, which didn't get put into a cast because of the hardware in the upper leg(prior surgery). On New Year's Eve, Natalia had to be rushed to her urologist's to get cathed. It was heartbreaking to see her crumble when she found out she had to go to yet another doctor's office....fear of having to end up I'm the hospital, ESPECIALLY when she found out about the catheter. Another urinary tract infection........this past weekend we ended up at the pediatrician's, because Natalia had a fever and cellulitis in her leg...she ended up having strep as well...... These are the unexpected surprises that are thrown at us prompting Natalia to go back to asking the WHY question....."why can't I be a normal kid, mommy? Why me, mommy? Why do I have to go to all these doctors, mommy? Why do I have to go through all these procedures? Why do I have to go through so much pain? Another set back......I just want to be normal." We may never know the why's of our life on this earth.....all I know is that our trial is advantageous for our souls...... James 1:2-6, 12 Consider it pure JOY, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. But when you ask, you MUST believe and NOT doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. BLESSED is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of LIFE that the Lord has promised to those who love him. 1 Peter 1:6-9 In all this you greatly rejoice, though now for a LITTLE while you may have had to SUFFER grief in all kinds of trials. These have come so that the proven genuineness of your faith—of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by FIRE—may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed. Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the end result of your faith, the salvation of your souls. His thoughts are above ours....his ways are not our ways.....he has a master plan, a purpose for each of our lives on this earth....kingdom oriented. Isaiah 55:8-11 “For my thoughts are NOT your thoughts, NEITHER are your ways my ways,”declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are MY ways HIGHER than your ways and MY thoughts than your thoughts. As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will NOT return to me empty, but WILL accomplish what I desire and ACHIEVE the PURPOSE for which I sent it. AMEN! Thank you Lord for your promises!! Thank you JESUS for your word...you give us such comfort, peace, refuge and strength.
